What is Sport ? 

 Sport is an activity that is essential to maintain one's fitness. Exercise is also one important method to reduce stress. Exercise also is an active behavior that activate metabolism and affect the functioning of the glands in the body to produce immune system in an effort to defend the body from disease and stress. Therefore, it is highly recommended to any person to engage in regular exercise and tersetruktur well.

Exercise benefits :


 1. Improve self confidence
 Generally, the more proficient person in a type of activity, then the confidence will increase. Research proves that even an active teenager who exercise feel more confident than his friends who did not perform similar activities.

2. Reduce the risk of stress 

 Exercise can reduce anxiety. Even further, it could help us control our anger. Aerobic exercise can increase the ability of the heart and make you more quickly to cope with stress. Activities such as walking, swimming, cycling, and running is the best way to reduce stress.

3. Enhance the ability of brain cells

 Regular physical exercise can improve concentration, creativity, and mental health. Because exercise can increase the amount of oxygen in the blood and accelerates the flow of blood to the brain. Experts believe that these things can encourage physical and mental reactions better.

4. Help delay the aging process

 Research shows that a simple exercise like walking regularly can help reduce mental decline in women over 65 years. The more frequent and longer they do eat slow mental decline. Reportedly, many people feel the benefits after nine weeks of activities that do it regularly three times a week. This exercise should not be done in a high intensity. Quite a walk around the house.

5. Increase endurance

 If we like doing exercise but not too long but often with a relaxed do that, then that activity can improve both hormones in the brain such as adrenaline, serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins. This hormone plays a role in increasing endurance. Studies conducted in Britain showed that 83 percent of people who have mental disorders rely on exercise to improve mood and reduce anxiety. For people who suffer from mild depression and moderate exercise at least 16 weeks can cause the same effect as swallowing antidepressants such as Zoloft and Prozac. One study found that 60 percent of depressed people who do sports for four months with a frequency of three times a week and every workout for 30 minutes can overcome these symptoms without medication. Although classified as an effectual step but by no means the treatment can be stopped immediately, especially for those who are severely depressed.
